Free Preview Event
On from 30th June to 9th September, there will be a preview event Friday 29th June, 6.00 to 9.00 pm. The outstanding photographer Julian Germain himself will be there and there will be live music and a pay bar
The event will feature a preview of live music from the BRASS and VAMOS co-commission ‘Keep Your Hat On!’ carnival parade, taking place in Durham City on the opening weekend of the Brass Festival. Hannabiell Sanders’ duo The Ladies of Midnight Blue who play powerful and upbeat combinations of percussion, brass trombone and mbira, will play alongside a small ensemble of players from Ferryhill Town Band.
