JIM HORNE EXHIBITION – NEWS REPORT

DPS member Jim Horne’s first solo photography exhibition was previewed on 23rd October at the Spennymoor Settlement, O’Hanlon Street, Spennymoor. A large crowd enjoyed the landscape and wild life photography on show. Prints are for sale with proceeds in aid of the Tudhoe Methodist Chapel renovation fund. Jim, a retired development engineer who only took up photography again recently, said “It was becoming a member of the Durham Photographic Society that gave me the confidence to take on the challenge and I’m very pleased with the response of the public”
Exhibition is on until the end of October
