The world awoke yesterday to hear the shocking news of the death of one of Britain’s top photographers in Misrata.
Many DPS members will remember seeing Tim’s harrowing exhibition at the Side Gallery in 2011 of his photographs of the civil war in Liberia from his book, Long Story Bit by Bit – Liberia Retold. He spoke movingly of his photography and life as a documentary film maker at the traditional opening of the exhibition.
