Durham Town Hall Entrance Gallery
Previously shown in The Sage Gateshead for the past three months, part of this Durham Photographic Society exhibition, The Music Factory, can now be seen closer to home in the Town Hall entrance gallery, Market Place, Durham.
Fourteen members took part in the project which was organised by Past DPS President Alan Stott who is himself a musician. The aim was to explore aspects of making music through the medium of photography. Subjects range from John Clarke’s images of a violin maker at work to Ian Stafford’s Arctic Monkeys on stage in Newcastle.
The exhibition is on until the end of February and was sponsored by Permajet and Cruse Bereavement Care. Printing was by ImagesOn.
