CLUB NIGHT PREVIEW, Feb 17th

Results, 1st Progress Projected Images

Following on from the sensational Robert Fulton night (a very hard act to follow!) we have the first competition night of the year judged by Trevor Roxby. Points are awarded, ranging from 2 for a highly commended to 10 for a 1st place. After the three stages, the member with the most points wins the Pixel Trophy for digital or the Daisy Edis for slides. New members entering work for the first time will experience the thrill of seeing their picture blown up large on the screen in front of a packed, enthusiastic audience. An even bigger thrill if the judge and/or your fellow members like it!

Feb 17th is also the closing date for the hugely popular Trio Projected Images competition. Three trophies are up for winning on the results night and you can enter up to three images in each. Something for everyone - portraits, Durham ’scapes and imagination/innovation.

The Trio Prints, closing date 10th March, has slightly different rules: maximum 6 entries, no more than 3 in any one competition.

Entries can be emailed to Roger any time from now to the closing date: Please check the rules in your programme carefully and be sure to prepare your images correctly (how to do it is on this website
