Internationals News: THE SOLWAY SALON AND 150TH EDINBURGH

Print workers of Durham PS! - now is the time to step up to the plate and enter the Solway Salon and the 150th Edinburgh International.

Yes, these 2 Salons are dedicated to prints...pdi's are not allowed...so why not have a go at testing yourself against other print workers across the world by entering one or both of these Salons.

The Solway Salon closes on 19th May so don't delay...details and rules are at www.westcumbriaphotogroup.co.uk

The 150th Edinburgh International is, along with the RPS Print International and The London Salon, one of the oldest and most prestigious print salons in the world...and this year it celebrates it's 150th anniversary. Special medals have been struck to celebrate this anniversary so if you do get an acceptance in here, go straight to the top of the class: you will have done amazingly well as only 200 prints are selected. Plus you would get a special 150th acceptance medal - how cool is that! Also note that all accepted photographs will be on display during the Edinburgh Fringe at the Edinburgh Photographic Centre so your image would be seen by thousands of people.

Don't delay, give it a go. More information, details and rules are at www.edinburghphotographicsociety.co.uk

Good luck!
