Club Night News: 8th March

Durham University Botanic Garden Exhibition, 3rd to 30th March

Many thanks to Don Bennett and his team who set up the exhibition and the 48 members who supplied prints. It is a very good show well worth a visit. Why not have a look at the Garden while you are there?

Trio Print Competition

Now closed. Please remember to email digital versions to Alan which will be used for projection on the results night.

AV Night 26th July

This is a members’ night organised by Mavis Ord. No doubt many will be inspired to have a go after the great examples shown by Ron Henry. There is a list on the board to put your name down if you would like to take part. It takes time to produce your masterpiece so start soon! Technical support and advice is available if needed.

NCPF Annual Competitions

Closing date for digital images to Joe Grabham and prints to the club is 22nd March. Check out the recent Blog, NCPF Championships (in the February archive section). The rules state 40x50 cm mounts but Joe has established that 20x16 inch are acceptable, at least for this year.

For more information, too, see our Downloads section “About External Competitions” and for detailed rules see http://www.ncpf.org.uk/index.php?id=annual-competitions
