Over 40 members enjoyed a special night of photography exclusive to Durham Photographic Society on Thursday 13th August. Both long serving and new members appreciated the opportunity to photograph aspects of this world heritage site building from the inside. Normally, photography is severely restricted but this open evening for members continues the mutually beneficial relationship, going back many years, between the Cathedral and the Society.
Many thanks to Anne Haywood, Durham Cathedral Chapter Steward, and John Attle, Durham Photographic Society, for arranging this hugely enjoyable opportunity.
